Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review these terms before approving your quote and paying your deposit.
Booking & payment
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date after your quote is approved. The remaining 50% is due 7 days before your event. Your date is not reserved until your deposit is received.
Cancellations & refunds
If you need to cancel, please notify DTD Creations in writing as soon as possible. The booking deposit is nonrefundable once your booking is confirmed because it reserves your date and allows planning and purchasing to begin. Any amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded, less the cost of nonreturnable materials, completed custom work, and other documented nonrecoverable expenses already incurred for your event. We will provide an explanation of any deductions.
Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 14 days before your original event date. One date change may be accommodated within 90 days of the original date, subject to availability. Your deposit may be transferred to the new date if DTD Creations confirms the change in writing. Additional costs may apply if your design, venue, or materials change.
Custom orders
Personalized items such as custom shirts and buttons require full payment before production. Once customization or production begins, payments for completed work and nonreturnable materials are not refundable.
Any refunds required by applicable law will be honored. The terms confirmed in your individual quote or invoice will govern your order.

Agreement preview: This is a sample of the terms we will include with each approved event quote. Your specific event details, services, and final price will be confirmed separately in writing. Submitting a quote request does not sign this agreement or reserve a date.
1. Event details & services
Your confirmed quote will list the event date, location, setup and breakdown times, décor or products included, delivery charges, and any additional services. Changes to the approved design, guest count, venue, or schedule may require a revised quote.
2. Booking & payment
A 50% deposit is required after quote approval to reserve your event date. The remaining 50% is due 7 calendar days before the event. Dates are not held until the deposit is received. Payments are made only through the instructions on your official DTD Creations invoice.
3. Cancellations & rescheduling
The cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policy on this website is part of the proposed agreement. The booking deposit is nonrefundable after booking confirmation, subject to applicable law. Requests to reschedule should be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the event and are subject to availability.
4. Venue access & safe setup
The client is responsible for obtaining venue permission, providing safe access and an appropriate setup area, and informing DTD Creations of venue restrictions. Outdoor installations may need to be adjusted or canceled if weather or site conditions make setup unsafe. Any price or refund adjustment will be discussed based on the work and materials already committed.
5. Rental décor & property
Any items identified as rentals remain the property of DTD Creations and must be available for collection at the agreed time. The client may be responsible for documented loss or damage caused by misuse or negligence, excluding ordinary wear and tear.
6. Approval & communication
The client will have an opportunity to review the final quote, event details, and policies before paying. Any additional work must be approved in writing. Event-related changes should be communicated promptly to BookDTD.Creations@gmail.com.
Final agreement acceptance: When DTD Creations is ready to book your event, we will provide the completed agreement with your name, event details, and final pricing for your review and acceptance. The quote-request checkbox below only acknowledges that you have read the policies.
